Well I just woke up from a nap. Thankfully I left work around noon today. I worked 18 hours yesterday and was exhausted today. I saw an opportunity to leave and I ran with it. If I stayed I would have been stuck the rest of the day. I'm going into my weekend on call so I need all the sleep I can get.
Nothing really new to report here.
Last week I wrote about the little girl who I was called in in the middle of the night for her dead bowel. Well, she went home last night. Such a cute little girl. Mom was so excited. I think she was still pretty upset about the whole situation. Its always good to see patients like that go home!

Hey Kar - It was good to talk with you this morning! Thanks for calling I love our morning chats! I wish i could get on your website at work but it is blocked . . .and i hate getting on the computer after being on it all day at work . . .plus lets face it, its kinda anti-social with my husband and all. (husband . . .ha still funny, my boss sent a email to a requester and cc'd me and told him to ask for Elizabeth Thompson, and it is still weird). I hope that you feel better from you incident, that is scary for sure, you need to eat and sleep your little body cant take that. Tiff and I are getting ready to do invites for Navonna's shower and they are super cutie, we will send you one!Thanks for checking uncle mick, i talked to mom and he only had an ok day.
