Another week down

Again it took me almost a week to get back to my blog...

Last week at work was rough. I work with 3 other PAs, one is out for 3 more weeks on maternity leave. Another one, Michael, was on vacation last week. Therefore, Melissa and I were the only ones there. We were on call every other night. Mon and Tue weren't to bad but Wed through Friday were just crazy. Running everywhere. Needless to say I was exhausted. Then, Friday, I ended up working 6:30am until 1:30am Saturday morning. I could barely see straight by the time I got home. I am on call today, but so far have only worked 4 hours. Im waiting for the storm to hit. Im crossing my fingers it doesnt! So far this week, the total hours worked=73. Yuck!!! Thankfully, Michael will be back tomorrow!

I pretty much did nothing yesterday. I didnt really get out of bed till 4pm. We did go to this outdoor country bar for dinner. Its a really neat place. They have food and you sit around tables outside with fire pits by each table. You can roast marshmellows, etc. At 9pm they have a live country band come in. Last nights band was horrible, but it was still fun.

Other than that, not alot going on here. No exciting cases from work to really talk about. I am heading out to our west side location tomorrow. I dont have to be there till 9am. (It will take me an hour to drive there though) Im not going to know what to do with myself. Plus, I should get off by 3pm. :)

JoAnn is out here in Phoenix with Sunny for vacation. I talked to her tonight and they are having a blast. She was at some ranch riding horses bareback! I am going to try and meet up with her for a bit tomorrow night.
